week1 -3
feedback:
- “food rituals” are still too expansive. “Food is huge. And rituals is too abstract.”
2. Either the ritual must be very specific, or the food type must be very specific. (tea ceremonies/different cultures)
3. performative documentation?
4. define the exact ritual-technology relationship
feedback:
- too many overlapping ideas and lacks a clear central question
2. disconnected from your core research and intentions
3. Not clearly connected:
Fake or unhealthy food shown on social media
Technology changing the way we eat
Showing off wealth by posting expensive restaurant food
Digital performance and motion graphics
4. maybe the medium should change
5. Want audience to feel — critical, amused, disturbed, reflective?
6. Keep the uncomfortable aesthetic, but strengthen the conceptual explanation behind it.
feedback:
- the project is “done” at this stage and needs expansion or transformation to move forward
2. Why a booklet? Connect form to concept
3. images look too similar-create a narrative or journey (less repetition)
4. Add more visual cues or textual anchors
5. integrate that psychological or physical angle back into this stage?
