2910 Tutorial
Based on some feedback from the previous tutorial, I ended up choosing the topic of ‘gender biased toys for children’ to develop. I think the focus can be on the interests that children may develop from using the toys rather than what colour or type of toys children should select.
- I’ve re-categorised some of the toys again in terms of possible future career roles.

3. For example, if your child is interested in block toys, his/her future career may be related to construction. If your child is interested in toy kitchens or dolls’ houses, his/her future career may be related to culinary arts, hospitality, teaching or nursing…
Of course, there are certainly many more factors that will come into effect in the future, and the path is certainly not ‘straight’. The enlightening influence that these toys have is also critical.
